Please let us know if you come across lower prices from one of our competitors by emailing us at customercare@mychichome.com. We will do everything in our power to “match” or even “better” the price. Please do be warned that when comparing prices it is necessary to calculate the complete total price – including the price of the item, all shipping and handling costs, applicable sales taxes, and order delivery times. We cannot consider price matching against the following;

-Alaska and Hawaii websites are excluded from online competitor price matching

-Clearance, closeout, damaged product, used, refurbished, open packages or liquidation sales

-Paid membership club or paid loyalty programs

-Competitor coupon-required / manufacturer rebates

-Offers that include financing

-Shipping method must be identical and offered with the same carrier

-Excludes Ship to Store option

Product Warranty

At mychichome.com, we warranty all of the products sold for 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to genuine manufacturer defects only. It will not be honored against general wear and tear, upholstered fabrics, unauthorized repair, damage caused by incorrect assembly, or any negligence towards the care of the product.

Return Policy

At mychichome.com we understand that when shopping online, you may change your mind for whatever reason. We will be happy to accept a return for refund up to 30 days from your date of purchase. Within 30 days of receipt, we will not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping fees will still apply. If a promotion on shipping fees was used against your original purchase (for example, “Free Shipping”), the shipping value will be deducted from the refund value given back to you. When deciding to make a return, please ensure that you send the items back to us in the original manufacturer's packaging. Also, make sure that the merchandise is in the same new condition as when received. We are unable able to accept returns for items that are not in the original packaging or for items that have been used in any form. Please be aware that returns without an authorization number from mychichome.com will not be accepted at any time. All returns will be fully inspected by our returns department, and will be verified for the refund request.  If you need more information on our return policy, please email to customercare@mychichome.com.

Damage & Missing Parts

Through many years of industry experience, we have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping. As an additional Chic service, we often open and inspect cartons prior to shipping. If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us within 48 hours. We will work fast to help you get replacement parts as quickly as possible with no extra charge. When receiving your goods from the freight carrier, it is important to inspect the condition of the cartons before you sign off. Please mark "Received Damaged" when you sign for a delivery even if it appears only slightly damaged. If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse the delivery and we will gladly arrange for a replacement piece to be shipped to you as soon as possible. Please notify us at customercare@mychichome.com if you do refuse delivery, so that we can anticipate the return of the product. If you decide that you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our return policy guidelines. If a product does arrive damaged, or if we make an error, mychichome.com will incur all return shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Our site offers the services of UPS and FedEx using “Standard Ground Delivery” for most of our shipments. When you shop online, you want your items delivered fast! We work extra hard to process and ship within 2-3 business days from our warehouse.  Once you process and confirm a checkout on our site, it is often too late to cancel the order. However, please do contact us immediately to customercare@mychichome.com so that we can make every possible attempt towards the cancellation of shipping from our warehouse. Once payment has been confirmed and the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it can only be returned under our return policy guidelines.

For Alaska, Hawaii and other international destinations, please email us for shipping quote and the applicable tax information.

At mychichome.com, we provide many alternative methods of payment. Rest assured that all of our online payment options are processed via third party secure payment gateway systems. So you don’t need to worry about any personal credit card information being stored on our site. The payment options we offer are;

PayPal and Credit Cards:  We gladly accept PayPal payments, American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. All of these accepted forms of payments are confirmed and processed directly online.
